- What types of diets do you offer?
We offer a variety of diets to fit your individual needs, including: keto, paleo, low-carb, and a standard diet.
- How do I know which diet is right for me?
The best way to determine which diet is right for you is to talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian. They can help you assess your individual needs and create a diet plan that is right for you.
- What are the benefits of following a meal prep diet?
There are many benefits to following a meal prep diet, including: convenience, nutrition, cost, weight-loss, and improved health.
- What days do you deliver?
Our delivery days are on Sunday and Wednesday. Delivery hours range from 9 am-10 pm and you will be notified by text and email.
- What's the delivery cost?
Shipping depends on the distance from our pickup location and is calculated during checkout.
- What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
If you're not home when your order is delivered, we will leave it in a safe place. We will also send you a notification when your order has been delivered.
- How long does my meal last?
We don't use any artificial ingredients or preservatives. All meals have a shelf life of 5 days refrigerated; after that period of time meals should be placed in the freezer.
- What if I have a dietary restriction?
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please let us know about your restrictions when you place your order.
- What if I have a question about a meal?
You can find nutritional information and ingredient lists for all of our meals on our website. If you have a specific question about a meal, please contact customer support.
- Are you hiring employees?
We are possibly hiring chefs and delivery drivers. Please inquire through our contact page.

- Can I cancel my order?
All cancellations must be made the same day that the order was made.
- What if I have a problem with my order?
If you have a problem with your order, please contact customer support as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
- What if I want to change my order?
We may be able to make last minute changes to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please contact customer support to inquire.
