How much is delivery?
Shipping depends on the distance from our pickup location and is calculated during checkout.
On what days do you deliver?
Our delivery days are on Sundays, tuesdays, and Fridays, and we require 2 days to prepare food.
How long does my meal last?
All meals have a shelf life of 3-4 days refrigerated, any meals after that period of time should be placed in the freezer.
How do I prepare my meal with a stove top?
Place all ingredients in pan and heat accordingly without box. Please use best judgement.
How do I prepare my meal with a microwave?
1-2 minutes with lid on to start, with 30 second increments until to preferred temperature.
Can I cancel my order?
For all cancellations, we require 24 hours. If we do not receive notice within the 24 hours, we will charge 50% of your order.
What happens if I miss my delivery window?
No shows will have the option to receive a secondary delivery, a secondary delivery fee however will be added on.
What info must I provide?
Your address and phone number for delivery. Also the best date and time for delivery or pickup.
What is the benefit to using a plan?
Our prices are lower depending on the plan you are ordering.
Can I make my own plan?
Certainly! You are allowed to make your own plan with our custom lunch and breakfast options.
What plans do you offer?
We offer 5 and 7 day plans, with up to three different meals a day.
How do I get my food?
We do delivery and pick up.
